My own journey into healing wasn't a straight one.

For many years I lived a very different life, working in the corporate world and building a successful career. From the outside I had many of the things we're taught should make us happy, but my own healing and spiritual journey gradually led me to question who I really was beneath the roles, expectations and conditioning I had accumulated over the years.

Following the loss of my mother, my spiritual awakening deepened significantly. I began exploring my own childhood wounds, patterns, ancestral and karmic imprints, past lives and the spiritual aspects of myself that I had previously not fully understood. It became a journey of reconnecting with my intuition, my gifts and a much deeper sense of purpose.

As my own spiritual journey deepened, my intuitive gifts began to open up in ways I wasn't expecting. And if I'm completely honest, at first it scared me. There were times when I didn't understand what I was experiencing and even wondered if I was losing my mind.

Looking back, I really wish I'd had someone I could talk to who understood this world, someone I could be completely open with without worrying about sounding strange or being judged.

That experience is a big part of why I feel so passionate about supporting others going through their own spiritual awakening or opening into their intuitive gifts. I want to be the person I wish I'd had at that point in my own journey: someone who understands, who isn't frightened by the "weird", and who can hold a compassionate space while you explore what you're experiencing, heal what is coming to the surface and find your own way forward.

Compassion Key became an important part of my journey. I was drawn to the way it allows us to meet the parts of ourselves that have been hurt, rejected, frightened, judged or hidden with compassion, while continuing to follow the deeper threads beneath what is showing up in our lives.

Eventually I left my corporate career and now work full-time as an Intuitive Life Coach & Master Healer. Alongside becoming a Compassion Key Master Practitioner and studying in the Circle Leader programme, I am a Channel and a Medium and I have trained across a range of intuitive, energetic and spiritual modalities. This wider experience gives me a strongly intuitive and spiritual orientation, while sessions booked through the Compassion Key practitioner directory are focused specifically on the Compassion Key.

I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their intuitive and spiritual gifts and gain clarity on their path. I believe there is so much more within us than we often realise, and that fear, trauma, conditioning and old wounds can obscure our connection to our own power, gifts and possibilities.

I know what it's like to discover aspects of yourself that don't necessarily fit neatly into the conventional world. That's one of the reasons I feel particularly drawn to fellow healers, empaths, intuitives and spiritually open people. You don't need to make your experiences more "normal" for me.

My role isn't to tell you who you are or what your path should be. It's to hold a compassionate space where we can follow what emerges, get underneath the surface of an issue and support the parts of you that are asking to be seen, heard, healed and integrated, helping you expand and reconnect with more of who you already are.
