How I support my clients
I guide my clients to their True Selves. We will dissolve and uncreate blocks that keep you from embodying your most joyful, radiant self.
I am passionate about supporting and guiding you to reclaim and rewrite your life experience, transforming misunderstandings, feelings of being different, and lack of self-trust, so that you can attune to your already-existing true essence and whole being.
I also accompany caregivers and creatives, artists and mothers, and those going through identity shifts, and help you reconnect with your body and get off the hamster wheel in your head.
I create a safe space for (re)connection with your inner child with joy, to allow for both a gentle and profound encounter with yourself. I am passionate about supporting and guiding those who have felt like too much or not enough, whether related to aspects such as neurodiversity, being highly sensitive, religious trauma or people-pleasing.
I am keen to help you nourish your own spirit and dreams, and act as your soul cheerleader, meeting you where you are at and pointing the way to what is possible so you can step into your own aligned actions. This will help you reconnect with your joyful inner child so that you can live authentically in tune with yourself as you navigate life and relationships.
I value and promote a space where you have the courage to meet your wounded aspects with love and curiosity. I will help you remember and redefine who you are and who you were meant to be, before external messages piled up telling you otherwise.

About Sarah
I have always been a highly sensitive person, though wasn’t always able to see it for the gift it is. I’m also an Empath. I’ve always enjoyed working with children, and I also cherish supporting those who support children. As a creative and someone passionate about always learning, I love to be guided by my intuition and also bring a sense of wonder, curiosity and joy to sessions. I’m so pleased to be able to bring my gifts into Compassion Key sessions. In a world that can seem like too much at times, this practice has been a major gift to me. I bring to my work evocative visuals and imagery to help anchor my clients in the shifts they wish to see, and connect them more strongly to their desired outcomes.
I discovered the Compassion Key while at a key point on my own healing journey, and in rebuilding and reconnecting with the different aspects of my identity, I was amazed by just how profound this approach could be, and also how much movement, joy and integrity could be found in working with it. In my working life I’ve always loved to connect with people, and connect people with each other and with the ideas they seek, and love bringing these elements into my work with Compassion Key.
I feel driven to help you uncover and reconnect with your true self and reconcile all the parts of your identity to be able to live life on your terms and reclaim your voice. I help you let go of what isn’t yours to carry, and transform what does belong.
I have a lifelong affinity to, and expertise in children’s literature, and feel strongly about themes of representation and elevating historically underrepresented voices, as well as the ways in which stories allow us to develop empathy and provide doorways to worlds outside of ourselves.
