About Glendon
I'm a human being living life as fully as I can. My deepest desire is to have left nothing on the table when I get to the end of my life both in giving and sharing who I am and in receiving the gifts and beauty that others have to offer.
I love witnessing others and myself step more fully into who they are and show up more wholly and authentically in the world, even if it's messy. Yes, things still get messy! And yes, sometimes I still try to avoid imperfection and the fact that I'm a human being. Friends, hiking, and spending time in nature is the medicine that brings me back to myself. It grounds me and makes me feel connected.
