About Allee
As a highly sensitive empath, dancer, musician, and caregiver, I’ve practiced and taught about health and wellness since my early 20s. For years I honed my soul’s path of “trying” to help others with the best complementary and “alternative” methods I learned, but I put my well-being last.
Consequently, I started having health challenges, so I sought help from countless healers and doctors who helped me, but with only temporary or limited improvement. It took 2 potentially life-threatening, stress-triggered health events to fully awaken me to the need to dig deeper, to change MY core beliefs, attitudes, and lifestyle, and to “put my oxygen mask on first” rather than always putting myself last.
My journey of self-healing allowed me to discover Compassion Key (CK), which I found to be the absolute BEST of all the healing work I’ve done to rapidly bring energetic, subtle layers of imbalances into my conscious awareness. I was finally able to turn my light up and shine brightly… to Be without trying… and to step onto my soul’s path as a transformational heart-centered healer.
CK works at a much deeper level as both a stand-alone modality and an elegant complement to all other modalities I’ve learned, as well as THE method that keeps catapulting me into higher levels of a whole new lived reality.
The synergistic effect of CK, Eden Energy Medicine, Biofield Tuning, drumming, and other healing modalities I’ve practiced is absolutely brilliant! I love how they serve as catalysts to help us to Awaken, Remember, Heal, and Embrace our Wholeness.
