About Allee
As a highly sensitive empath, soul midwife & nurse, dancer & musician, I’ve practiced & taught about health & wellness since my early 20s, using the best complementary & alternative methods I learned. It took 2 potentially life-threatening health events to fully awaken me to the need to dig deeper, to change MY core beliefs, attitudes, and lifestyle, & to “put my oxygen mask on first” rather than always putting myself last.
My return-to-health journey led me to Compassion Key, the BEST of all the work I’ve done to rapidly bring energetic, subtle layers of imbalances into my conscious awareness for me to uncreate & heal.
Compassion Key works at a much deeper level as both a stand-alone modality & an elegant complement to all other modalities I practice. Their synergistic effect is absolutely brilliant! I love how they serve as catalysts to help us to Awaken, Remember, Heal, & Embrace our Wholeness, & keep catapulting us collectively into higher levels of consciousness & a whole new lived reality!

My hours are in Eastern Time zone (same as New York City):
Tuesday through Friday: 10:00 am – 3:30 pm
Other times by request when available, including Saturday to Monday
