But something keeps getting in the way. Maybe it's the moment you're about to make a move and suddenly you can't trust yourself. Maybe it's the moment you think you’re clear on your decision and then guilt comes creeping in and you think “what if I make the wrong decision?”. Maybe it's the start-stop cycle where you take action, life disrupts, momentum stalls, and part of you starts to wonder if this just isn't meant for you. Maybe it's the way you find yourself asking everyone else what they think before you decide.
That's what we work with.
I find the deeper thread underneath what's keeping you stuck. Not just the surface story. The real one. The part of you that's been trying to keep you safe. The energy that isn't even yours to carry. The place inside you that stopped trusting itself a long time ago.

About Tamara
I've always known I was here for more than what the conventional path had to offer.
But growing up, I experienced firsthand what happens when you choose differently: the financial instability, the uncertainty, the loneliness of being someone your family and friends simply don't understand. So I did what I thought I had to do to keep myself safe: I started listening to everyone else and stopped listening to myself.
But keeping myself safe this way came with a hidden cost: I couldn't make a decision without external permission and approval first. And one day I saw clearly: My decisions had shaped my life. And I had never really made them.
That was the moment everything started to change. I started reconnecting to the inner knowing I had been overriding for years. I felt lighter. I started trusting myself again. And making decisions from that place allowed me to slowly move towards the life I actually wanted to live. Life got a lot easier. And I was happier.

This was my first one to one session of CK and I derived great benefit from it. Tamara is a highly competent facilitator and created a safe, loving space to explore a traumatic time of my life when my mother died. It was the first time I had connected so deeply with the 5 year old me, what she was going through and yearning for. It was very emotional and Tamara skilfully guided me through the affirmations so that the 5 year old me finally felt that she mattered; someone she could trust was asking her for her opinion and actually giving her what she needed. In my mind’s eye I was able to hold her so she could fully relax, and play with her in a way I have never had the opportunity to do. The feeling is still with me as I write this a day later.
