I provide a safe, protected space for clearing and transmuting the energy of your trauma at the deepest levels. You set the pace for your sessions. I will see you, hear you and bear witness to your pain. We can go as fast or slow as you need to.

I am well-versed in how trauma affects both brain and body. I have spent over twelve years healing my own childhood trauma from narcissistic abuse and neglect via traditional CBT and DBT trauma therapy. I am well-acquainted with Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and how the brain and body release and process stored trauma. I have been through that process myself many times which gives me unique, first-hand experience I can use to guide you safely through transmuting yours.

There are some things traditional psychotherapy often can’t or won’t touch, such as past-life trauma carried into your current life, layers of epigenetic trauma passed down to you in your DNA, the Fallen Angel imprint, the deepest tentacles of rejection and abandonment wounds, and deep mother/father wounds. Whatever is causing you agony within, The Compassion Key® works well for clearing and transmuting it.

With The Compassion Key®, I have alchemized my abuse experiences into knowledge that now allows me to do good in the world. This lets me hold safe space for you very strongly, bring you fully into your body, and guide you in stripping away the layers of trauma from your wounded inner child and teen aspects. My aim is to set you free from emotional pain, unwanted patterns and behaviors that seem to endlessly repeat in your external reality.

I can help you reconnect to yourself, repairing the ties within that the trauma severed. You can learn to love yourself, and how to self-parent your inner child aspects.

At the end of your session, I may educate you on how your physical body might process the released trauma in the days following your session. If you have a particularly intense session, I may check in on you via text or email a few days later to make sure you’re all right.
