Bringing all parts of you home to your own love, safe in the knowledge and feeling that they are wanted, loved, safe, worthy and utterly amazing.

About Louise
Hi, I’m Louise, your Soul and Energetic Wellness Therapist
My purpose (and my passion) is supporting people like you to come home to safety, peace and joy. It’s what you deserve, especially when you don’t believe that this can be true for you!
I work with those who are stuck in fear and feel alone in their world. People who are struggling to connect to their self-worth and their authentic self.
People who are stuck in the subconscious impacts and effects of trauma and challenge. It truly doesn’t have to stay that way and the really powerful thing is that you do not need to go it alone. In my own lived experience, and through the experience of working with 100s of clients who have experienced trauma and challenge, I have come to learn that some wounds created in isolation actually require community and connection to heal. The aloneness can end!
A few random facts about me:
-I live in London and have created my own little green heaven in my client space
-I am an absolutely doting aunty. My nephew and Nieces are my favourite people. They are gorgeous star seeds who teach me all of the time.
-My family of origin dynamics have been my biggest teacher.
-I studied law and went to work in the world of Human Resources consultancy. I’m not sure who wasn’t ready for who but it was an interesting match. It was my honour to bring a focus to wellbeing and compassion into the work place.
-I have loved teaching Psychotherapeutic Counselling. and training people to become mental health first aiders.
-I am a Harry potter geek. I’m in Hufflepuff. That feels like important information to share with you.
-I love spending time in green and happy spaces, and connecting with soul buddies.

I came to the session wanting to focus on reaching more clients in my business and I had no childhood story, that I hadn’t already spent time with that related to this. Or so I thought. But after just a few moments of her affirming recognition of who I am, a memory did pop into my mind that we were able to work with. The story revealed the imprints I received having grown up with a childhood disease, and how that had kept me from fully living in my body and where it had limited my connection to others. My the end I was able to integrate into myself a lighter, freer, more grounded self fully conscious within my body and mind. It was like years of chains fell off me!
