As sensitive and awake souls this world can feel bewildering, a scary and overwhelming place to be. Then you add to the mix an inner world that is bound in trauma and challenge, and it stops being so hard to understand why it all feels too much.
Together we can calm your mind, and nervous system, to bring you safely and lovingly back into your beautiful body. Here the adventure begins working with your higher self and your wounded parts. Bringing all parts of you home to your own love, safe in the knowledge and feeling that they are wanted, loved, safe, worthy and utterly amazing.
You discover and fully embody your own unique grace, power and light and then you realise that you are home!

About Louise
Hi, I’m Louise, your Soul and Energetic Wellness Therapist
My purpose (and my passion) is supporting people like you to come home to safety, peace and joy. It’s what you deserve, especially when you don’t believe that this can be true for you!
I work with those who are stuck in fear and feel alone in their world. People who are struggling to connect to their self-worth and their authentic self.
People who are stuck in the subconscious impacts and effects of trauma and challenge. It truly doesn’t have to stay that way and the really powerful thing is that you do not need to go it alone. In my own lived experience, and through the experience of working with 100s of clients who have experienced trauma and challenge, I have come to learn that some wounds created in isolation actually require community and connection to heal. The aloneness can end!
A few random facts about me:
-I live in London and have created my own little green heaven in my client space
-I am an absolutely doting aunty. My nephew and Nieces are my favourite people. They are gorgeous star seeds who teach me all of the time.
-My family of origin dynamics have been my biggest teacher.
-I studied law and went to work in the world of Human Resources consultancy. I’m not sure who wasn’t ready for who but it was an interesting match. It was my honour to bring a focus to wellbeing and compassion into the work place.
-I have loved teaching Psychotherapeutic Counselling. and training people to become mental health first aiders.
-I am a Harry potter geek. I’m in Hufflepuff. That feels like important information to share with you.
-I love spending time in green and happy spaces, and connecting with soul buddies.
