I support people wanting to heal from trauma to fully heal, shift and transform their lives.
Having experienced trauma, whether consciously known or unknown to you, can make you feel frightened and overwhelmed when faced with simple challenges in life. I'm here to be your guide to help you to heal any trauma that is causing difficulties in your life, no matter where it's coming from.

I guide you to integrate your emotional and physical bodies so you can calm down, regulate your nervous system, take agency and live in your highest, most joyful life. This way you can truly find the emotional freedom you have been longing for.

There was a time in my life where I was healing from deep-seated trauma and I discovered The Compassion Key, the most incredible modality for profound trauma healing. About Rich
I am honored to bring my gifts into Compassion Key world as a born empath and highly-sensitive person and help others on their journey of healing and self-discovery. From a young age, I have been highly perceptive to others emotions, energy and needs. Although I was often very confused by this, it wasn't until I found Compassion Key world that I learned to channel my gifts into facilitating healing sessions for others.
I've been fortunate and blessed to experience many deep healing shifts through the Compassion Key and other modalities, and I'm grateful to have been able to recover and heal from some very challenging and difficult things as a result. It's a natural, divine calling for me to offer sacred healing support to others who have been through or are going through difficult traumas.
Nature is my sanctuary, a place where I've experienced deep healing and connectedness beyond words. I am so grateful for my natural connection with nature and in my free time you can find me out hiking, trail running, ambling in the forest or out surfing in the ocean, connecting with the nature spirits.
I have a passion for helping others find what freedom means and feels like for them and live it. Knowing the sense of liberation I've found from healing and nature, and being blessed to live life as a free spirit, my passion is to help make that a reality for you as a 'freedom seeker'. My mantra is that it's all possible in reality (including the deepest healing) and if you can dream it, you can live it. I know that this has turned from possibility to reality in my life and would be honored to support and witness that for you.
