I came from a childhood filled with trauma. Racism, physical abuse, cultural violence, and parents who were survivors of war… none of these factors sets anyone up for success. Needless to say, like you, life showed me a world filled with strife, hate, and zero-sum games. But I refused to agree with this no-win bargain. For me, the biggest revelation in my life came from understanding my consciousness is what is responsible for how I view and live in the world. The distortions, smudges, and cracks in my consciousness distorted how my Soul’s Highest Light would shine through. Therapy, Compassion Key, and Interconnected Spirituality are the technologies that allowed me to move -- in love and with love -- past old conditionings, defenses, and a separated split-self life.

I am a graduate of Antioch University with a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a 23 year career as a licensed California Marriage and Family Therapist. I am retired but retain an active license. My orientation is psychodynamic Object Relations and Family Systems work. I have a second Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica which focuses on the spiritual principles of Conscious Awakening and Integrated Enlightenment. The core principle from which I work is knowing who and what we truly are… LOVE’s PRESENCE.

At Agape International Spiritual Center, I was a licensed Spiritual Practitioner in affirmative prayer, anchoring New Thought principles and the teachings of the Science of Mind. I am an active A COURSE IN MIRACLES (ACIM) student with self-study of the Daily Lessons and current participation in contemporary ACIM online communities: Living the Course, Keith Cavanaugh, Foundation for Inner Peace, and Take Me to Truth.

I currently live my Heaven-on-Earth with a loving supportive husband who works in the Entertainment Industry, and we are celebrating our 30th Anniversary this year (2024) with an amazing four-legged doggo named Mochi in a fully paid for house in an amazing vibrant city on a living, loving planet called Earth. A far cry from the chaotic, abandoned, wounded, fragmented child who escaped from an abusive home, graduating high school in her Junior year and who once lived out of a car with $360.00 to her name. If I can make it, you can, too.
