I have spent the last 33 years in deep exploration of Meditation, scriptural study, and movement/dance/body centered Energy and visualization practices. A Master of Fine Arts, Meditation Master, Reiki Master and Ambassador to the Multiverse, I am honored to guide you on this journey of self Exploration and personal empowerment. Throughout my own personal Life/Art process, I grew to become my own inspiration and change maker- using information that my life gives me to reflect on what I need to bring more consciousness to. As a student of the royal path, karma yoga is my continual awareness, scriptural texts from various traditions have opened me to a profound and miraculous journey and meditation quickly became my retreat and greatest loving adventure; providing a connection to profound inner knowing expressing a delightful and ever expanding relationship with life.

I am committed to honoring each person at the deepest levels of their being - sourcing Non-violent communication and extradimensionally sourced intuition and second sight to give clients an experience of being deeply seen , heard and touched on a whole other level.
My fundamental values are rooted in profoundly transparent self reflection and self-honesty, which catalyze a wholly independent and sovereign integrity. driven by an unrelenting love for the magnificence of the human experience, an appreciation for multi-dimensionality, and a commitment to conscious evolution.

My mission is to support you in discovering, revealing, embracing and integrating all that you are. Self concept work is central to my approach and acts as an ascension funnel through which your deepest needs and challenges are activated and discharged in service of miraculous manifestation of your highest lived reality. Each thought and desire your heart and soul expresses to you is what you are here to move into reality. Typical personal traits in those I work with are excavating challenging relationships with self and other, both past and present. (I have been there), creative, highly sensitive (HSP) & empathic, energetically perceptive, dynamic deep thinking/feeling, multidimensionally aware, tend toward suffering, bouts of sadness, procrastination and/or stagnancy; have, or experienced, addictive personality and/or ptsd (for various reasons); and often gravitate toward spiritual/natural practices like meditation, yoga, breath work, sound healing, somatic movement, holistic approaches, plant/alternative medicine etc. Souls on a discovery ’seeking’ or ‘Finding’ path desiring wisdom from sacred union with self.

I am an Artist and Mystic at Heart. I write love poetry to the divine and have/am authoring several books; I enjoy reading, journalling , walking on the earth in nature, and moving my body in ecstasy; As a wholly embodied, intuitive and health-conscious Mentor I support others towards embodied awareness, conscious evolution and spiritual development. As an Artist of the Heart, Intuition Compassion, Movement and Light, I would be honored to be of service to your process of expansion and realization.
