Kristi helped me to see some things from a new perspective, clarify some struggles and blockages and learn a few new things about myself.

I have had multiple sessions with Kristi and today’s was the deepest I have ever gone! I have told Kristi things that I didn’t feel safe sharing with anyone. I feel like I am actually getting to the root of some of the negative thoughts and feelings that keep coming back around. I’m going to do more sessions with Kristi to continue working on healing that hurt inner child so I can move on with life, with love and joy.
