Entities do not care if you are a good person. What they look for are fractures, the tiny rips in a person’s field where grief has taken the breath away, where shame has frozen the body, and where truth had to be swallowed because survival demanded silence. Few dynamics create fractures more efficiently than narcissistic abuse.
The fractures created through narcissistic relationships often become the exact openings where deeper interference begins to take root, and many people caught inside these patterns have no awareness that something larger is influencing the cycle.
Betrayal, abandonment, and physical, sexual, mental, or emotional abuse can leave deep fractures in a person’s system. Guilt, grief, and shame frequently settle around those wounds, creating openings in the nervous system and energetic field. When these wounds remain unhealed, they can become entry points for darker energetic influences.
These forces do not discriminate based on how strong, kind, or successful someone appears to be. They move quietly through family lines, unresolved trauma, ancestral pain, and wounds that were never allowed to come into the light.
If you were conceived in a womb marked by violence, grief, or betrayal, you inherited more than DNA. You were formed inside an emotional environment that may already have carried openings. Entities can slip through these unhealed portals long before a child speaks their first word. Pain and fear become doorways, while light, confidence, and sensitivity often become the very things that are targeted. Many of these children grow up surrounded by narcissistic family members and later encounter similar dynamics through teachers, coaches, friends, bosses, and romantic partners.
I work with people who can feel that something in their field does not belong to them. Many have felt drained, manipulated, or pulled off course without ever receiving a clear explanation for why their lives keep moving in certain directions. Attempts to explain these experiences have often been dismissed or minimized, leaving them questioning their own reality. Within my space, your story will be heard with steadiness and respect. I listen carefully, remain grounded with you, and help you begin reclaiming your power.
Many people carry deep shame around what was done to them. Others carry shame about choices they made while trying to survive overwhelming circumstances or while searching for acceptance and love in a world that did not always offer it safely.
Together we locate the places where those wounds left openings and begin dissolving the emotional imprints that keep them active. As those wounds soften and release, the openings close. The nervous system begins to settle, boundaries strengthen, and a clearer sense of self starts to re-emerge.
This work reaches far deeper than surface-level thinking patterns. The process is one of soul reclamation.
I hold a steady and grounded space where the truth of what you have lived through can finally be spoken and received with grace and unconditional love, allowing the parts of you that left in order to survive to gradually return to safety and wholeness.

About Sarbjit
Hello, I’m Sarbjit Shanan, though many people know me by the nickname Splattered Mustard.
I was born into a home shaped by emotional entropy, a place where love often unraveled into chaos, secrecy, and spiritual disconnection. As a sensitive and intuitive child, I felt the unseen long before I had the language to understand it. The presence of the Divine called to me quietly even while darker forces seemed to linger nearby. From an early age I found myself navigating two worlds: the physical one that often felt unsafe and the spiritual one that felt mysterious yet strangely familiar.
My early years unfolded in environments where a child’s safety was not protected. Violence, sexual boundary violations, verbal abuse, ridicule, teasing, and relentless bullying surrounded me in many places I was forced to be. Even small things could become targets for humiliation. Something as simple as eating mustard on a sandwich could turn into a reason for relentless teasing and mockery. Much of this occurred when my parents were not present, leaving me to navigate those experiences largely on my own. At school I was bullied heavily, and in other environments I encountered behaviour no child should ever have to endure. Because of this, there was rarely a place where my nervous system could fully settle or feel safe.
Living inside that kind of chaos left deep fractures. My nervous system locked into survival, and for decades I lived disconnected from my own essence. Without understanding why, I kept encountering the same patterns again and again. Narcissistic dynamics appeared through classmates, teachers, bosses, friends, and romantic partners, while encounters with unseen forces amplified fear and confusion.
Over time my world became shaped by intensity, fear, and escapism. My imagination became both refuge and trap. Eventually everything came to a head when a severe entity encounter left me energetically paralyzed. That moment became the breaking point that forced me to confront the reality that both the physical environments and the unseen influences around me had become unsafe.
Healing began the moment I stopped trying to outrun what had happened and chose instead to stay with myself. I turned toward the pain, toward the fractures in my own field, and toward the Divine presence I had felt quietly calling to me since childhood.
Nature became my first teacher. Trees, gardening, and the ocean taught me breath, expansion, and surrender. Through them I began to understand how energy moves and how it slowly restores itself when the system is given the right conditions.
Today my life is guided by the living frequencies of Compassion, Joy, and Faith. Faith, like the mustard seed, grows even in the most barren ground. Compassion softens pain that once seemed immovable. Joy begins to appear again when fear loosens its grip. These are not abstract ideas to me. They are the forces that rebuilt my life from the inside out.
The nickname Splattered Mustard began playfully, yet it carries a deeper truth for me. A mustard seed is small, but it holds the blueprint for something strong and alive. In the same way, the smallest fragment of faith can grow into the force that restores a life.
My belief in the continuity of the soul across lifetimes fuels my passion for deep healing and spiritual sovereignty. Every lifetime offers an opportunity to retrieve what was lost, resolve what was carried forward, and restore the integrity of our spirit.
The experiences that once fractured my life became the foundation of my work. I devote my time to helping others reclaim the fragments of themselves that were scattered through trauma, narcissistic harm, shame, and spiritual interference.
When one person heals, light returns to the collective field. When a soul comes back into itself, the entire human family becomes stronger.

I’ve felt somewhat disconnected from people my whole life, attracting in relationships, both friend and romantic, based on wounding. In recent years I’d become very isolated and felt I’d simply lost connection with people altogether. Therefore, I felt committed to healing and creating new, healthy connections and relationships. I am a blue ray starseed and had a lot of tough missions in the dark. This lifetime almost killed me (again). I never experienced true healthy masculine love and my feminine is so tired of fighting and surviving and protecting.
Besides that I experienced energetic attacks from the darkside for years and years. This really made me fearful and caged. Supressing all my anger since I was never allowed and had never learned to express this.
My amazing session where Sarbjit held space for my pain, my rage and my fire CLEARED ALL OF IT.
I have been searching for a solution everywhere. All I heard was dissolve the ego; just forgive forget and move on, you are safe now. For me dissolving the ego who has protected me through it all is a very dangerous thing since it was the only thing keeping me safe in life.

Sarbjit was very supportive and compassionate and conducted the session very well, in a way that I thought was very effective. Everything had a very positive feel, and Icame out of the session with a lot of positivity and happiness. All in all, I was very glad to have completed this with Sarbjit and have no doubt that I made the right choice with her. I would certainly recommend her to anyone. Very grateful for the session!

Sarbjit created a peaceful setting and her ISS statements connected with me. Once we got going I really enjoyed her energy and we got into a nice flow. My session stayed quite on the surface for me. I connected with a younger part of myself, but the part wasn’t really showing itself fully. This felt a little frustrating but also okay, because if it isn’t showing, it probably didn’t fully feel safe.
In part I felt this was due to the fact that I had misread the time and so had to rush into the session after midnight. People were also asleep in my house so I had be quiet and couldn’t really speak the ISS statements out loud with full intention. This resistance probably contributed to the experience of the session.
I appreciate Sarbjit’s time and in a different more comfortable setting, my experience may have been different.
Sarbjit was amazing. She picked up on nuances I hadn’t noticed, validated my beliefs, and completely connected with me.
My session was truly amazing! There was a dark attachment from my Mother when I was 3 years old that left hooks in me as well as chains and lower vibrations. Through this session I was able to remove those attachments and embrace that little girl in me who is so sweet and bubbling with light. Highly recommend Sarbajit for those that are aware there is light and there’s also darkness and are ready to remove those lower vibrations aspects.
