The constant emotional drain strips away identity and purpose, leaving victims disconnected from their dreams and stuck in survival mode long after the relationship ends. About Sarbjit
Hello, I'm Sarbjit Shanan Khela, though many know me affectionately as Mustard or Miss-Splattered Mustard. I was raised in a household where misogyny and narcissistic behavior were woven into the fabric of daily life, shaping my early experiences and worldview.
I was a sensitive and meek child, naturally gifted with spiritual awareness and a religious mother, I was deeply drawn to the idea of God. Even in my earliest years, I found comfort in the unseen, sensing a connection to something greater than myself, though it often felt at odds with the environment I was growing up in. Starting at approximately age 7, I started to endure terrifying ordeals, including sexual trauma and being chased around and locked in a dark basement.
These traumatic experiences led to a profound disconnection from myself, driving me toward an addiction to adrenaline and fear. I constantly sought thrilling or intense scenarios to feel alive, except when I escaped into my own little world—a realm of imagination I created as a coping mechanism.
All of these experiences made me highly susceptible to narcissists and unseen entities. From a young age, I began sensing—and at times even seeing—presences invisible to others. Reflecting on those early years, I now recognize that I not only sensed these presences but could feel them around and even within me.As time went on, I found myself repeatedly attracting narcissistic individuals into my life—whether they were teachers, friends, or, eventually, my first husband.
It was after a particularly dark event in my life—one that left me in an almost energetically paralyzed state for a long time—that I came face-to-face with a truth I could no longer ignore: hidden entities lurk in the darkest corners of our lives, waiting to attack. I experienced an extremely cruel entity attack, one that took years to overcome. It was only when I accepted the responsibility to heal myself that I developed the ability to recognize and remove their influences.
My unrelenting connection to God/Goddess and Nature became my lifeline, saving both my life and soul. Gardening, walking in forests, and visiting the ocean were instrumental in my healing process, reconnecting me with the earth. Through grounding in the soil, I uncovered the magic of the earth itself, becoming aware of the elemental spirits that surround us. I found that we can connect energetically and spiritually with plants, trees, and the natural world, which opened pathways for profound growth and recovery. Gardening has been a vital part of my healing journey, helping me heal my soul and rediscover balance. Eventually, The Compassion Key became a powerful tool in dissolving the mental and emotional wounds caused by the attack. This work resonated deeply with me, revealing hidden spaces within my being, and allowing my soul to shine freely.
I now align myself with the frequencies of Compassion, Joy, and Faith. Faith—like the mustard seed—spreads quickly, taking root even in the most barren places. Joy radiates as a powerful frequency of deep gratitude, while Compassion acts as both a solvent and a key, dissolving trauma and unlocking the spaces within us where our essence had been buried. Through Compassion, we clear away the stains of past wounds and embody the light of our truest selves, shining as beacons throughout the Universe.
My belief in the continuity of the soul across lifetimes fuels my passion for the healing journey of reincarnation. I see this journey as one that transcends our current existence, offering opportunities for deeper compassion and integration as we address unresolved patterns from previous incarnations.
I am deeply passionate about the ways our emotional experiences shape the collective narrative of humanity. I’ve felt somewhat disconnected from people my whole life, attracting in relationships, both friend and romantic, based on wounding. I am a blue ray starseed and had a lot of tough missions in the dark. This lifetime almost killed me (again). I never experienced true healthy masculine love and my feminine is so tired of fighting and surviving and protecting.
Besides that I experienced energetic attacks from the darkside for years and years. This really made me fearful and caged. Supressing all my anger since I was never allowed and had never learned to express this.
My amazing session where Sarbjit held space for my pain, my rage and my fire CLEARED ALL OF IT.
I have been searching for a solution everywhere. All I heard was dissolve the ego; just forgive forget and move on, you are safe now. For me dissolving the ego who has protected me through it all is a very dangerous thing since it was the only thing keeping me safe in life.
