My session with Terri was very positive, rewarding, and more than I expected. As someone who is reluctant to open up and talk about long held experiences and emotions I was apprehensive at first about what to share and how much to share but Terri worked with me to create a safe and welcoming space to address these long held experiences and emotions. I felt heard and seen throughout our session. I never felt pushed or rushed by Terri to achieve a milestone or hit a landmark during our session. I have been working on personal growth for at least couple of decades now. And I thought I’ve done it all, but recently I have been feeling stuck in an old pattern that I couldn’t move through easily. So I thought I would give working with Terri a try. Terri held an authentic and compassionate space for me with clarity as to how to guide me through understanding my pattern with ease. I didn’t give her much information to go by but she helped me uncover the root of all the things I have been struggling with in my personal life as well as my relationship with my business partners. Compassion Key is such a direct but gentle method to help strengthen the bond with our inner child and to recover Self-Love. By the end of the session, I was standing in a place of personal sovereignty and trust in myself and the Universe. I felt I could surrender to my growth process with more love and integrity.

The session was really healing. Terri was very compassionate to help me heal my wounds on generational traumas. I felt lighter and calmer after the session.
