Jody is excellent, she took time to make sure she understood my goals and responded quickly with next steps throughout the session. It was a much easier process then I thought it would be and the result are profound on all levels- physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual! Highly recommend.

Jody is a wise woman healer! She held our sacred space with presence, wisdom, compassion and love so I could take a deep dive safely.

I cleared and transformed old patterns of over-giving and feeling drained that had been affecting my health and keeping me stuck. I was also able to do a huge ancestral clearing for the women in my lineage. I witnessed them take their power back -moving again, and sharing their voices, their light and their powerful medicine. I cried, I laughed, I dug deep.

Through it all, Jody had a keen sense of when to give me space and when to offer guidance so that my highest healing could take place. The way she embodies and shares the framework of Compassion Key is beautiful and goes beyond words. By the end of the session, my wings of light had activated again and Jody and I had seen many of the same images – such an affirmation! What a joy, honor and privilege to have a session with Jody…my heart is full of gratitude!!!

This is my first time doing a guided meditation and healing session. So I was nerves at first and had a hard time visualizing. She was very patient with me and took her time to make sure I was able to get to place for necessary healing. Thank you very much!

Jody was the perfect person for my session. My younger sister had passed 4 days before our session, and her passing just happened to be my Grandfather’s birthday. The same Grandfather who passed 6 weeks after she was born….the 6 year old me needed to grief my Grandfatwhich Jody, masterfully and gently guided all of me through this beautiful process.

Jody was lovely and generous, she really was the perfect match for the topic that I needed to address.
She cared for the right pronunciation of my name without me telling her and totally felt grateful to be in a space where I was being cared for and noticed.
She stayed by my side at all times even when a lot of wounded aspects came forward and she made sure each aspect was addressed.
I love her joyful energy and her loving understanding.
I’m so grateful we could clear and get rid of all this s#!t ;).

My session with Jody went deeper than I imagined. Jody held open the space allowing my process to unfold… and at times rapid questions to keep me feeling, as my mind wanted to take over and control. The dissolving of patterns of not coming fully into my body for ALL the pain… unraveled… and pain levels in my body went from 8 plus on scale of 1 to 10… to no longer in my body… very surprizing! By the end of session I was newly able to come more fully into my physical body with awareness… feeling tingly and a warmth that I was able to be present with. For me Miracles on many layers. Thank you!!!! Deeply Grateful!!!

She is very compassionate and present. I had a public speaking experience planned shortly after the session, where I presented a class I developed that came from my soul to 50 people. My persecution, power and voice issues can come up, but the experience went really well!

I’m so grateful for my first 1to1-session with Jody! She is so compassionate and created a beautiful safe space for me to dive into the vulnerable places, and i could visit childhood events with loving support and care. I especially appreciate how Jody guided me to check in with the little girl, to see how she was doing and what more she needed. It was a very deep, thorough process. Jody W. is an excellent listener and captured the key points of my situation and during the long form of the compassion key process created many ISS statement that hit the mark with my eight year old self that released a lot of stuck emotions, which were intense for me in processing yet clearing the path for my younger self to merge back into my high heart in a very peaceful state. She provided opportunities for me to relay anything that my younger self wanted to express along the way. I am a little tired after this morning’s work and would expect to be since it was very emotional. I would work with her again and I highly recommend her.

My session with Jody was kind of amazing. We talked a bit at first where I shared with her my challenges in connecting with myself relating to traumatic events I had suppressed most of my life. I wasn’t sure what to expect but she dove in and immediately the releases followed. I cried, I laughed, I cried/laughed at the same time in some moments. She easily identified some patterns I had not connected before. She was able to do in one session would I could not do in a couple months of hypnotherapy. I was very impressed with how powerful my Compassion Key session was Jody. I am a level one Compassion Key facilitator myself and I have worked with another Master Compassion Key facilitator and found that Jody’s ability to pinpoint statements that brought great release of hidden beliefs and blocks was incredible! The work we did went very deep, and I am happy to walk freer and lighter now that those constrictions body, mind, heart, and spirit have been released. Wow!! I am very excited to continue working with Jody.

This was out of my comfort zone, but necessary for growth. Jody made it easy and was sincere in helping me dig deep to get my pain to surface.
