My experience with Gertrud, back in June of 2025, was absolutely everything I needed — and so much more. During our time together, we worked on clearing imprints of wanting to hide, procrastinate, and feeling burdened by the things I had to do, which connected beautifully to healing and upgrading my relationship with summer — something I had struggled to fully engage with throughout my life — inviting more rest, play, and flow into my days.

Looking at where my life is now and how everything has unfolded since then, I can wholeheartedly say that this experience has been one of the few truly powerful seeds for continued activations — one manifestation and synchronicity after another.

Afterwards, I noticed myself naturally doing things I had been avoiding or putting off, as well as things I had really wanted to do but had felt difficult — like becoming a morning person and starting my day with a morning walk ritual that positively impacted so many other areas of my life. The energy of our work together had opened the door for these shifts to flow effortlessly into my everyday life.

I’m writing this reflection months later, having completely immersed myself in living fully within the shifts this work set in motion. My experience with Gertrud was deeply impactful, and I would wholeheartedly encourage anyone on their self-growth journey to prioritize the opportunity to experience her magic.

Gertrud helped me uncover some deeply denied pain and sorrow that have been impacting me for a long time. Her gentle, supportive healing work created a safe container in which I could process something big and deep. By the end of the session, I felt so much relief and self-acceptance. My session with Gertrud was just incredible! She led me gently and beautifully into my earliest experience of a topic. What came up for me was unexpected and intense but she understood and almost seemed to read my mind as she gently guided me through the loveliest, most healing compassion phrases. Last week I had a 1-1 session with Gertrud. In the questionnaire, I wrote down the problems that I would like to work with, but when I met with Gertrude, she asked what I would prefer to work on out of all of the above most important, and unexpectedly for myself, I asked to work on something that I did not write about. I thought that now it would not be easy for Gertrud with me , but to my surprise she uttered a phrases that deeply touched my emotions . After the session I felt light as feather. One of the problems was my lack of joy and my invisibility in this world. The next day I was shocked by how many people passing by me said Hello to me and I didn’t even know them. I continue to observe the changes taking place in my life after the session with Gertrud and I am very grateful to her for the deep study of the blocks. She very accurately and sensitively selected the right phrases. I also began to look at life more simply and be more happy that I exist.

Gertrude was great! This is an issue I’ve been meditating on for years and Gertrude found a new slant on it that was the key to delivering peace.

Gertrud immediately homed in on the way I was hanging on to my deceased mother by hanging on to her beliefs. That no matter how good I was, I could always be better. And that I was in near-constant physical pain because Mom believed that suffering was a virtue. As soon as that connection was made, waves and waves of sadness and grief bubbled up and through me. Through the session, my fear of not being good enough and sadness at lost opportunities was transformed into an eagerness to get out there and make change happen. I walked out and asked my husband, “What do you think?” He said, “You look lighter.” That’s how I feel, too.

Gertrud is absolutely gifted intuitive healer!! I received such a powerful session from her. So deeply grateful!!

I am now an Archaeology professor in Nanjing University, China. But I always felt that part of me have been suppressed, and I can’t be my true self because I was suppressed by the university leaders and advised not to make money by selling the spiritual courses online, as I previously did when I was doing the post-doc. During the call with Gertrud, she guided me to my childhood experience of been abandoned. I realized that it was because I was too scared to express my true feelings and own needs all the time since the childhood, because I didn’t believe I deserve and was too afraid to be abandoned again, that I had this tendency in the later years of my life and had the experience of been suppressed by the authorities and university leaders. I am extremely grateful to all the healing experiences I have had with the session.

My session with Gertrude was amazing. I started very stressed bus she gently helped me to calm down and before I knew I was already in the process. She guided me through a very complicated and vulnerable issue with love, understanding and amazing intuition. The session was a powerful one and I am so very grateful!

I had a wonderful session with Gertrud. We hit on some things that, maybe I was ignoring, or, maybe I questioned the validity of those feelings in myself. Either way, it was very effective. I can always tell because I cry a lot! It is not easy to trigger that release for me on my own. I do work very hard and usually have to use sound healing, frequencies with my meditation and I can trigger that somatic emotional release, but, it is not usually as huge as the release I had in this session. I am so very grateful and look forward to working with you again! Everything was perfect for me. Sometimes even someones voice in a guided meditation can make it not work for me so I am so pleased with the results.

I truly appreciated my session with Gertrude, we flowed very well together and remained very open to one another. Gertrud is incredibly gifted. I’m blown away by how accurately she was able to assess my issues and come up with spot-on compassion phrases for them. This is not a testimonial so please do not post. , This is more related to feedback on the session. Whilst Gertrud was attempting to be loving in many regards, l initially mentioned l would allow myself to voice and go into that shameful dark place so she could witness what happens Interestingly l have never felt heard by my family and cut down, so l escalate my voice, etc to be heard and Gertrud also cut it down and seemed to want to push the time along. I felt cut off rather than safe enough to let someone into this dark place. A simple acknowledgment may have supported me to trust and drop into my heart instead she rushed me to golden light which l struggled to connect with and am usually able to connect effortlessly with. l found myself no longer fully trusting the facilitator or process and was in my head. It left me feeling uncomfortable, numb and have not been able to be in my body since. Honestly, l did not receive the value from this paid session . The longform session itself was ok yet cut short because she wanted to try a different method instead so again reinforcing a move along of rush to complete. I understand there is a timeframe to adhere to however l do not believe it is necessary to leave a client raw. My 1:1 with Alaine was absolutely stunning and other exchanges even whilst learning have not made me feel compromised or cut down in some way. Gertrud is a wonderful session facilitator!

She has help and guide me to let go of a lot of sadness and sorrow related to the early age experience which has caused a lot of blocks in range of areas of my life.

Immediately after our session I felt grounded in my body and ready to embrace life.

I felt urge to write, and realized that the piece I wrote was straight to the point, without colorizing and making facts look more sophisticated and magical then they are. Its new to me to be so straight forwarded in my proposals and writing.

I also noticed that I am much calmer and settled then before. My urge to move as quick as possible is gone, I am no longer rushing around and trying to escape the NOW.

Relating to my children has changed, I am much calmer with them and feel my love I have for them expanded.

I don’t feel pressure being around them and I am not scared of them, or worried that I am harming them.

I had my session this morning and can notice how much has change already.

I am also aware that the energy shift is settling. My energy field is recalibrating, as I feel grounded in my body.

This session with Gertrud was really amazing.

We found a very ancient part of me which I have never expected. She was so horribly and deeply wounded with her cruel fate that she vowed to never show her gifts again in eternity. And I could recognize repeating patterns and occurences during my whole life which were directly linked to her experiences.

Healing this wounded part with compassionate love we could completely heal it and I could fully integrate it and now it feels really indescribable because after a short while it felt that not only this part is here now but so much more supporting parts and energies, like a whole field of support and energies.

I had my 1-1 session with Gertrud yesterday and let me tell you, it blew my mind! Gertrud was able to tune in so beautifully without me telling her the whole story, it was like she was able to read my mind.
We started the session with ‘’I don’t deserve God’s love’’ and finished with an event from my recent past that had to do with relationships.
In her powerful protective presence, I had a huge release of anger and rage that I thought I’d dealt with previously. At some point, I wanted to throw up. It’s incredible how much pain we can repress and suppress just for the sake of reasoning and choosing to be ‘’the good girl’’.
After the session, I needed some fresh air, so I decided to take a walk in the park and I had to laugh with tears, while on my way I found many chestnuts on which someone has written ‘’Jesus loves you’’.
I took it as a message that something major has lifted up and my connection with Divinity is slowly being restored.
I cannot recommend Gertrud enough! She’s an Earth Angel.

There was some kind of issue with connecting over zoom I called in around 1006, our appointment was at 10
I got a pinwheel saying I was waiting for the host to connect, after 1010 I checked my email and saw she said I’m waiting for you we had a delayed email exchange she said she waited until 12 after I was on before 12 after so I’m hoping we can resolve this and reschedule because I showed up on time a few minutes late but not after the 10 minute mark that would cause me to lose my session and be considered a no-show. Sure you’re aware there can be a couple minute discrepancies in peoples clocks and delays in receiving email messages through the Internet. The email message she received from me was time stamped 1013. I sent a message to Support please reply to me so I can reschedule ASAP.

Wow! She is WONDERFUL! In 72 years i have done a lot of growth groups and awareness work but this was the deepest i have experienced in a life with much self examination. Almost immediately got right to the heart of probably my biggest block. I very rarely cry but my handkerchief was soaked at end of session. Miracles already starting to happen. I was nervous at first when I was on the call with Gertrud however she made me feel very comfortable and it felt so safe that I could express myself. I had the biggest wall built between me and my inner child and Gertrud helped me break this wall so I was able to hug my younger self. It was so incredible healing. My session was amazing. Gertrude is in her calling and as a facilitator of the Compassion Key perfectly and beautifully led me through my sticking points to an amazing release of so much ancient history not serving my life. Feeling grateful, renewed and whole is an understatement as I am now grounded within my body and integrated with my inner child. The trauma happened but it no longer feels like the weight that sent me fleeing from myself. Release and integration all in one process…simply divine.

I had a great session with Gertrude. I enjoyed her guidance and firmness when my “issue” took a form that made it difficult for me to follow the normal steps in the process. Staying with it, with no judgment, made me have a massive break through after the session where I was able to continue myself from the revelations we gained during the session. Deeply moving experience! I went into this session with high expectations, and a clear intention of having a significant shift. We certainly achieved that, although we didn’t work much on what I anticipated we would – instead, I believe Gertrud took me way deeper, possibly to the root cause, and we cleared from that space. She’s amazingly gifted; her intuitive abilities and insights are quite remarkable. I’m also grateful for the gentle, loving yet firmly supportive and trustful container she creates online. I loved working with Gertrud. For now I have to take other steps but chances are big that I will work with her in the future.

Liked the session but missed the grounding at the beginning (don’t know actually if that’s standard)
Unfortunately Gertrud forgot to record from the beginning. I’m glad I do have half time recorded.

She can explains well the purpose of certain questions.
It makes sense.
She is patiënt and listens well.
With her questions she can touch awareness of hidden emotional places.
Compassion is growing.

When I started the sessions, I’ve had years with a lot of anxiety due to an imminent shortage of income. The higher the pressure, the less productive I became. I so longed for inner peace and relaxation, and being able to do my work with joy and ease. The sessions brought experiences to the surface that had unconsciously caused a lot of tension, and I’m so grateful I was able to release it. Since the sessions with Gertrud my business income has increased and I’ve regained my joy and sense of flow. Gertrud’s guidance is professional, pleasant and feels safe and I can recommend her and this method to everyone!

I contacted Gertrud because of a duality in myself. I always tried to be more in the background than in the spotlight but at the same time I really wanted to be visible by other people. This caused stress within me. In the sessions with Gertrud it became clear that I felt unsafe being visible to other people and that’s what we worked on in our sessions. What I now notice is that I feel more safe around other people and I’m more relaxed being visible. Gertrud also told me how to work on these subjects, this helps me to take the next steps. I would really recommend the compassion key, not only if you have issues to want to address but also to take the next step in your own development. Gertrud has the skills and the personal involvement to help you make this next step in your process. Thank you Gertrud!

Al heel lang ben ik op zoek naar mezelf. Doordat er dit jaar een aantal vervelende dingen gebeurden in mijn leven, wist ik dat dit het moment was om een andere weg in te slaan.
Ik was altijd bezig met zorgen voor anderen en niet voor mezelf. Tijdens de sessies met Gertrude werd mij duidelijk dat ik mezelf op slot had gezet. Door het uitspreken van compassie kon ik weer terug komen bij mezelf, om te luisteren en voelen naar mijn lichaam. Tintelingen, koud, warmte, trillen, aan mijn hele lijf merkte ik dat er iets in gang gezet werd. Gertrude begeleide mij daarin met haar lieve, warme stem. Dank je wel Gertrude.
