My experience with Lygia was absolutely everything I needed — and so much more. During our time together, we worked on cultivating ease, self-trust, and excitement while navigating desire. The session has helped me engage fully with life’s opportunities while remaining grounded, joyful, and open to what unfolds.

One of the most powerful aspects of our work was being reminded to notice and witness myself in my life, fully present as an aware observer, and to continue practicing the Compassion Key through both the shortcut and long form as my go-to anchoring ritual for subtle and profound transformations. I deeply appreciated this reflection and reminder, as it illuminated why I was drawn to the Compassion Key in the first place. This awareness has recalibrated my love for the Compassion Key and strengthened my ability to continue releasing old patterns and habitual worries, responding to life with care, clarity, and trust. In the days and weeks that followed, I could feel the clearings and activations from the session ripple through my life, bringing shifts in both tangible and intangible ways — in how I show up, move forward with intention, and allow life to flow with grace.

Looking at where my life is now and how everything has unfolded since then, I can wholeheartedly say that this experience has been one of the few truly powerful seeds for continued activations — one manifestation and breakthrough after another.

I’m writing this reflection months later, having fully lived into the shifts this experience set in motion. My time with Lygia was deeply impactful, and I would wholeheartedly encourage anyone on their self-growth journey to prioritize the opportunity to experience her magic!

This was my first session with Lygia, and I could truly feel her genuine interest in helping me work through my topic. She used ISS phrases that deeply moved and, at times, surprised me.

I’ve worked with different coaches before, but what happened during this session was something I’ve never experienced. At one point, I could physically feel something shifting in my chest — almost as if a piece of a heavy stone broke away. For me, that was a clear sign that something significant had been touched and moved within me.

It was a powerful and meaningful session that left a deep impression on me.

When Lygia started her session with me, I felt immediately a powerful warm light-energy coming towards me. I had one session with Lygia. She is bright, positive, intuitive and eager to get to the bottom of things. I trusted her immediately and knew there would be a lot of healing accomplished. She also took the time I needed to bring things to a completion, so I could experience closure in the moment.

For over two decades, I have been needing help for the particular issue Lygia helped me resolve. I tried different modalities and searched endlessly for healers and programs. So totally happy after my first session I came back for another two sessions and we have addressed many topics including living in a dangerous world as an allergic person with anaphylaxis. Most therapists and people can’t cope with this topic and shy away from the life-threatening aspect of anaphylaxis. And they certainly don’t understand how other people are often ignorant and thoughtless about allergy protocols and safety protocols. And certainly don’t know what is needed to be friendly to the Anaphylaxis Annes and Allergy Arthurs of the world. Lygia did.

It’s a couple of days since my session with Lygia and I can honestly say I have already had the experience of spiralling up and into a wider more expansive sense of Self. My sense of core trauma led me to my 8 year old self. Trapped and damaged hiding I fear and mistrust. We did a long form session and I am so happy to report that my 8 year old felt loved and recognised and consequently willing to accept the love and healing and return home. Lygia was a very good guide and was so sharp that even early in the process she immediately saw what Karmic pattern was already showing. I understood what she was trying to let me see in my inner child. Lygia was a very good guide and was so sharp that even early in the process she immediately saw what Karmic pattern was already showing. I understood what she was trying to let me see in my inner child. In so short a time Lygia saw my soul and heart’s journey of being lonely, alone and forgotten, how I evolved slowly with traumas, finally started to find self worth and going through traumas again. Lygia was very skillful in navigating through life with me. I understood what she was leading me to. However we lacked time and we ended not finishing the process but I can understand and see what must be done. I can continue to do the Compassion Key just by myself. In fact, after we ended, I wrote down the summary of events in my journey until the present time, to finish the healing by removing the Karmic pattern that kept staring at me in life. Now I know what is blocking my financial freedom. Thank you Lygia for opening my eyes. You did well in making a significant impact in my life in so short a time. The session was skillfully handled by Lygia, as I was finding increasingly important elements to add to the mix. At one stage we had two figure 8’s on the go, with a younger version in each.
Lygia has also given me plenty of pointers for future solo work. I should add that I have trouble visualising, and Lygia accommodated that well.

I had an outstanding session with Lygia that exceeded my expectations. She was able to pinpoint issues I worked on for years and in an hour undo them in a way I couldn’t quite transform before. It was pretty intense and not what I was expecting but I did gain a sense of clearing and calming.

My session with Lygia was profound, she helped me open myself up and to embody my true light. My whole chakra system was buzzing as it opened up and the energy from root to head centre got aligned and freely flowing. Amazing sensation as I brought that light back into my heart.

This was my first ever 1 on 1 session of any sort of work like this, we hit on one of my wounded aspects and some of her phrases were very much on the money, things I hadn’t even thought about. I wish I had had more time to lay out everything that I am thinking about and trying to work with, but it was a really good first start. I now know what it feels like to experience peace with an internal aspect/part.

The Search and Rescue was really deep, efficient and gentle at the same time. We really succeeded with the power of love and compassion!!! A dark structure that was holding a younger version of me hostage, collapsed. Wow! Lygia was amazing to work with. Again in health issues and severe pain I was helped in a loving, caring and sensitive way and led back to the path to compassion.

I brought a complex set of issues to this session, and had laid them out in my preliminary writing prior to the session. Lygia saw what the core issue was and we worked with this which was what was definitely the right place to work. The work proceeded with my mother in the other circle, as she had been the source of my challenges. The images that appeared in the other circle on periodic check ins indicated the progress being made and by the end of the session no image arose, which speaks louder than words!!

I had a beautiful and powerful session facilitated by Lygia. I felt safe and held the moment we connected on line and as she gently and intuitively guided a younger version of me to navigate through and disperse frequencies of ancient trauma I have held at least since early childhood .
I haven’t had a full nights sleep for many years.
Since my session I am now sleeping deeply through the night.

I could just let go and concentrate on me. I found and integrated a very young part of me that turns out, is feisty, strong, dynamic and powerful. I have a sneaky suspicion my life is going to change, and I can’t wipe the heady smile off my face.

I’ve had multiple sessions with Lygia. Multiple layers have been cleared allowing a repressed memory to surface. It was a traumatic experience I had not expected. I was suffocating in that moment but she kept me safe and quickly had me giving compassion to that scared little girl, loving that hurt fragment of me. It has been transforming. This memory and this healing neatly connected and healed the traumas of childhood. I am good. And I have more sessions scheduled! And I entered this session not really feeling anything to start with. So we started with my physical feeling of suffocating. My sinuses have been blocked for months. Nothing has worked. I said I simply can’t breathe. So we started with that …what memories did I have of not being able to breathe. Wow.

This was my first session with Lygia on the recommendation of a friend, and I would love to have more sessions with her. I had the most powerful breakthrough I had been looking for. I was surprised that without needing many words from me, she’d get right into the depth of the topic thread. I rarely cry in sessions, but I was able to release stuck emotions through tears. I loved her warmth and understanding of how to navigate me through the session intuitively.

This was my second session with Lygia. Gratitude can not even to explain how I feel. When I explained what was coming up for me, I felt heard and understood. That alone was healing because this was such a complex issue to have to explain to anyone else who didn’t have a good grasp of spirituality. The self-compassion statements that came up for me to repeat were spot on.
