How we are conceived, grown and born shapes how we show up in the world for years to come. Are you feeling stuck, fearful or overwhelmed? Do you feel at odds with the world - a misfit who doesn’t quite belong? Or does the world just feel unsafe and so you hold back, live cautiously and compromise on your dreams?
You might feel like it’s always been this way for you, it’s just how things are, how you are. And so you keep plodding on, but inside a bit of you is dying as you feel life passing you by and you miss out on more opportunities and what truly matters to you.
Often the missing link when you can’t make sense of persistent patterns of behaviour and beliefs you want to change lies in how you were born. You most likely don’t consciously remember life this far back? Not many do. But your body remembers. And what happened to you is stored and laid down as imprints and programmes that are working in the background every day. Healing the wounds of how you were born may be the key you have been looking for and the gateway to unwind imprints right back through your ancestral lineage and past soul lives.
When you heal your own birth into this world you are able to live this life fully with no more holding back or regrets at a life half lived

About Charlotte
My interest in birth began when I was spontaneously taken back to my own birth during a healing session. At the time I was childless, single and depressed. I felt I was drifting aimlessly and couldn’t work out what I should be doing with my life. I did a lot of cool things but always felt slightly dissatisfied, like I hadn’t done enough and that life was passing me by.
Fast forward 14 years and I am married, with three children and following my calling to heal birth imprints. Reliving and healing the wounds from my own birth firstly gifted me a determination that my children would be born differently. That I wouldn’t repeat the patterns and trauma that had been passed down to me. I now support sensitive, emotional souls to heal their birth story and l and find the freedom, confidence and direction in life they are seeking.
Although I currently live in a city, I really love to spend time in the wild places. From my little back garden to the national parks and wilderness areas, I spend as much time outside as I can. Wild camping and swimming in our local lakes right through the year fills me with joy. I also love to dance, Cuban salsa, five rhythms, and more recently musical statues with my kids in the living room!

Powerful powerful healing session. Entry point was because of childbirth many years ago 3 prolapses but we went on quite a journey with multiple past lives being the influence for physical conditions and my relationship with doctors and a level of estrangement with my beloved daughter. I also learned so much facilitation skill wise as a practitioner from Charlotte as well as personal healing.
