I bring a unique blend of experience, training, knowledge and passion to my work, which equips me to help you find your path forward. I have spent my life forging new paths~ through some fascinating places that definitely required me ongoingly to attend to my spiritual growth as I went. Initially I had no clue that the growth part had to happen along "the path”! I grew up in an academic family with a high achievement philosophy, competed in my teens as a Junior national rower and was pre-occupied with “going for gold”. This all led me to do a Masters in History, write a book on Olympic women rowers, and eventually work in London England at a major art centre.

But personal difficulties forced me to look within and attend to my own deep inner transformation (due to sad family of origin PTSD and illness). Eventually, working with these family patterns, I became an energy healer and had a practice. Guided more recently to deepen connection with the Earth and protect our area to help my children have a safe future, I have worked at an environmental non-profit.

I have learned that it is possible to "read" situations with healing intention, and that attending to these extra sources of information can help everyone heal and map the way forward. Seemingly miracle paths can open, if you know how to tap into your power. Then challenges that arise can be recognized as opportunities to heal ourselves and move forward in a more grounded way. I can help you learn to create a life rich in abundance and connection, on levels aligned with your true desire.

My starting worldview was in the traditional achievement mode. This belief system supported me in becoming a national team rower and historian, but eventually I was forced to go deep within to retrieve my own deeper truth and heal my issues due to some major life reversals. However, those formative years spent doing intense training, taught me to listen to the feedback my body was giving me. And doing historical research - with its emphasis on unearthing crucial details from archives and conversations around oral history~ taught me that finding what really went on in the past helps bring forgiveness and closure to previous difficulties. After some struggle between my logical self and intuitive self, I realized I was stronger when I brought all these abilities to my work and saw too that I had always picked up intuitive feedback though not recognized what I was receiving. So I opened to being an energy healer, bringing to my work with clients both my love of detail and my training in various healing techniques including Compassion Key. Guided through my own healing process to deepen my energy connection with the Earth as a way to find support on my path, I believe that in healing ourselves we align with overall Life Energy, and that helps everything else too.
