The Compassion Key is a miraculous and most effective method to reunite past frozen parts of ourselves with the current one. By the way, this was my first session ever and it went extremely well under the caring lead of Janet. I had no expectations beforehand but I was rewarded with some beautiful insights. It was an absolute pleasure to have a session with Janet. Instantly my body connected to her energy and felt a big sense of resonance. It was all very synchronistic. I was not in a good place and even her first sentence already broke me open . I or parts of me have been extremely frozen, stuck and sick for way too long and she effortlessly did the most spot on clearing sentences, so that all my ultimate protector parts keeping me invisible finally felt safe to come forth to be seen which they hadnt before. Janet created a safe and light space on top of having had an unfortunately way too similar experiences and journey as me, so she knew EXACTLY the pain I have been going through, which I have never experienced before in the 15 years of my healing journey. And I sooo needed someone that actually fully understood my traumas and what it means to be actually quite really literally frozen. Sitting across someone with so much lived experience that actually understands and not just say “they understand”, is very healing in itself. She was very generous and also helped me with some cripling doubts and questions that I havent been able to get answers to. Today I have a lot more awareness of what is keeping me in cripling condition, I have more energy and crucially important things, that I couldnt do before that felt like climbing Kilimanjaro, but actually more impossible than that (like it was suffocating, slowly killing and pulling me apart from the inside), I have actually been able to do with almost no or little to no resistance right in time before the last deadlines before lost opportunies and loss of money.
It was exactly what I needed when I needed it the most.

I believe my session with Janet changed my life! She guided me with such ease and grace and actual laughter that was so healing. I was truly impressed with her guidance and her compassion, leading me and knowing what to say at the right moments. Our session was a beautiful balance and give and take of her input and mine. We were both just being open to the experiment and holding the space for something really huge to shift—a major past life trauma that has affected me for what feels like hundreds of years. With Janet’s help, I was able to reintegrate that wounded aspect and part of myself.

She shared a beautiful image with me: the Phoenix rising. This picture was perfect because it matched how I felt after our session. I feel like I have rekindled my mission’s inner fire again, which had been turned off and subdued for so long.

Janet was patient with me. My little one was hiding and we did a lot of clearing to bring up an experience. She pointed out that I had a little one that used escape and disassociation as a protector strategy. I didn’t even see it without her pointing it out! It really surprised me how deep I was able to go with Janet and honestly I didn´t think I had the courage. She held the space perfectly and allowed me to move at a pace I could handle and felt comfortable with. So grateful and the best part was that she helped me anchor and that I was able to move into a new paradigm which felt scary and sooo new.

I realized Divine Synchroniticity was at play, leading me to a session with Janet, when I found she had just published her book, “Overcoming Overwhelm” (at the very same time that I, too, am in process of writing a book). Before my session with Janet I was experiencing pain in my neck and wanted to address some “money blocks” Janet was gentle and supportive with her approach and lead me at each step to allow what was ready to be healed. I feel that I healed and integrated multiple parts that I was not even previously aware of. The pain in my neck has improved. I feel lighter! I highly recommend working with her.

My session with Janet was enlightening. Her delicate method and ways supported me to own my journey. She somehow helped me to connect with numb aspects of myself, which seem to be gently coming to life, having some identifiable feelings and presence. I intend to continue my work with Janet.

Before my session with Janet C. I was very nervous and anxious but as soon as I got on the call the way Janet held space is really amazing. I started feeling at ease. I told her about my situation of being in the hospital for a month and what all I had suffered and would like to work on, she was listening to me very respectfully. After that she asked me what was my time limit, I was shocked to hear that as I have usually come across people who are more concerned about their time limit rather than resolving the issues. By this I felt Janet C . Is a very very generous soul. She is also very merciful and compassionate. We went through the healing but due to my phone finishing it’s battery my session ended abruptly. She told me that she would provide me a grace mini session and I was amazed and taken aback. I took time to integrate and release all the healing she did on me and after 4days we had our session where she completed the process with such ease and grace so swiftly. After our session she also emailed me the update of what I underwent and gave me instructions to take care of myself. I really liked that a lot. I felt cared for on all levels. Janet was kind and patient through out our session. Having very limited experience with this healing process, I needed that compassion as I learned to ‘notice what I notice’ and connect to my true feelings in my heart.
