About Cathy
I am a spiritual mentor, experienced shamanic guide, and certified Compassion Key practitioner. With an ancient soul and a deep resonance with the unseen realms, Deep losses as early as in the womb set me on my path and taught me to walk between worlds to bring healing and remembrance to those who have forgotten their divine origin.
My journey includes a life long exploration and search in various healing modalities, which I honor and transcend with clarity — understanding where they fall short and how to go deeper. My sensitivity and embodied wisdom allow me to meet you exactly where you are, with presence, precision, and care.
My gift lies in my ability to hold a safe and loving space for deep soul work, even in the presence of intense trauma, grief, and fragmentation. I integrates nervous system regulation with subtle energetic work and intuitive insight to support those who are highly sensitive, empathic, or navigating spiritual awakening.
