I had a fantastic session with Erika. It took me to unexpected places. And while it’s early days, I know something has shifted deeply as a consequence. For one thing, I feel a lot more serene about the issue we worked on. Erika is a luminous, kind-hearted, generous, gifted practitioner, who creates a warm, safe space for healing and releasing. I am ever so grateful to have found her and am looking forward to the next opportunity!

I started seeing Erika via Zoom last fall. I look back not only at the instant shifts that happened during and after each session, but also the subtle accumulation of changes that have made a profound impact on my well being. I’m in awe!
While traveling with my family, I was able to see Erika in person for my last session. I knew it would be glorious and impactful. But there was no way to anticipate the opening and clearing that happened as a result of Erika’s calm presence. Her ease and authenticity made it feel both subtle and hugely powerful at the same time. I walked out feeling light and bright and able to share the radiance with my family. I feel like I have regained a sense of joy and peace that has been muted for far too long. Thank you for helping me find my true self, Erika!

After going through chemotherapy for 3 separate bouts of leukemia, I knew there was more to my recurring diagnosis than just cancer. I’ve been aware how emotional stress has contributed to the recurrence. When I was referred to Erika, I couldn’t anticipate just how much she would help me get to the root of the fears and the nervous energy I had been carrying for who knows how long. Because of her skills in helping me clear those worries and balance my nervous system, my blood counts are now the best they have been in the 19 years since initial diagnosis. My work with Erika has given me the confidence that I can heal completely and live in full health, both emotionally and physically. Another session, another amazing experience, I’m making huge leaps with Erika. I love how she guides me to dive deep into whatever the stagnation of the moment is and transform and integrate it. I cannot thank Erika enough for this session. She went to the root of what was causing pain in my back and the days after the session the pain gradually got less. I still have some healing to do but at least I can function normally again.

Once again I have a sense of WOW! Erika taps into what I tell her and tailors a session that touches upon every concern I’ve been carrying. I always feel a sense of freedom and light heartedness when the session is over. I feel seen, heard and understood in anything that comes up. I am surprised and excited, several things that I was dealing with my whole life all lead to a previous life part in a way that I never expected. Erika’s highly intuitive guidence was top notch as always. I can feel this was a important session for me: a lot of mental pressure is gone and there is more lightness and openness. I am looking forward to see how this will play out in my life.

What a blessing it has been to work with Erika!

I had another great session with Erika. It surprises me every time how things fall in place during the session. She is such an amazing facilitator. I always feel heard and seen. She always accepts me fully, no form of judgement whatsoever. That gives me the space and safety me to open myself and be completely vulnerable and honest. It feels like she lovingly takes my hand and guides me to new insights, gives me the support to take new steps. So grateful!

I am in awe of the progression that is still happening after several sessions with Erika. With her gentle compassion, she so easily guides me to a healing place that I’m not sure I would ever reach on my own. And while that is true, I have also reached a place of more self love and self confidence than I have ever felt. I am forever grateful!

I am very grateful for this session with Erika. I brought a loaded topic to her that was really bothering me, one of those things that you are not really proud of for having….But I felt zero judgment from Erika and 100% help. And the session brought a clear positive change in me. Erika is awesome!

Great and powerful session. It is fascinating and surprising what Erika uncovers behind the patterns in my thoughts / behavior. And yet it was familiar somehow. I absolutely love how Erika can shine a light for me on what is going on, and guide me to correct/heal it. She does it so well, with a sharp eye and so much compassion and patience.

Once again, my session with Erika has opened my heart in ways I never could have anticipated. After having already experienced several powerful sessions, I allowed the question of “where else can this possibly take me?” enter my mind. But today, the day after my session with Erika, I’ve noticed incredible expansion in both mindset and how I have chosen to function in my day. Every session with Erika is so valuable. This session we focused on dymanics in my family, and some very interesting things came forward that I never noticed before. Great session with Erika.

I have had more that 10 sessions now with Erika, and it has been breakthrough after breakthrough. It is like taking away all the locks that keep the door to success and happiness shut.

It may need some persistance and work but it is so worth it. And having the help of Erika makes it easy. It is so nice to work with her, I just tell her about the problems I am having surrounding one particular theme or topic, and she knows what to do.

Looking back I see many changes in me: more relaxed, more happy, more self-confident, more loving. A big thank you to Erika!

I asked Erika to help me with an eating disorder, where I just can’t stop thinking about eating, always feeling hungry even when I am full, and always craving sugar. After doing clearing with Erika for previous life parts that came up I hoped that it would help me at least a bit. I am very happy to say that it actually helped me, I don’t constantly think about food any more, I am not hungry al the time any more, I don’t have the sugar cravings all the time. I still eat sugar, I am fine with eating some sugar, I will try to replace it with natural sugar now. But I have stopped eating 3 chocolate bars in one go, that is a big improvement! I am a bit blown away actually…Now I can really focus on getting fit again, something I was wanting to do for some time. It is fascinating how previuos life parts can have such a big influence. I am very very grateful to Erika how she helped me. This will have a big impact in my life.

The Compassion Key sessions are so transformative, clarifying, and healing. The sessions can be quite emotional because you really go deep. It feels liberating and definitely brings a sense of recognition for painful experiences.

I brought a very heavy topic to Erika. There were multiple thick layers to uncover, unfold and uncreate. These layers took most of the time of the session but then, all of a sudden, the fireworks went off and the beautiful show started.
Erika’s patience and her skills allowed my process to reveal itself organically and show the root of my current issue far far back into other lifetimes.
I am so happy I decided to invest in a session with her. She is worth every dolar, actually, every dolar was maximized beyond its value during the session. I guess that’s my way of saying I am surprisingly impressed. Thank you Erika, for being the one who, using the Compassion Key, opened this door for me. It revealed so much, and I have been writing and processing these revelations. Much gratitude!

I have been working with Erika to clear things that block me form being succesful. It is really paying off now, I don’t feel the resistance to go forward anymore.
