I believe my session with Janet changed my life! She guided me with such ease and grace and actual laughter that was so healing. I was truly impressed with her guidance and her compassion, leading me and knowing what to say at the right moments. Our session was a beautiful balance and give and take of her input and mine. We were both just being open to the experiment and holding the space for something really huge to shift—a major past life trauma that has affected me for what feels like hundreds of years. With Janet’s help, I was able to reintegrate that wounded aspect and part of myself.

She shared a beautiful image with me: the Phoenix rising. This picture was perfect because it matched how I felt after our session. I feel like I have rekindled my mission’s inner fire again, which had been turned off and subdued for so long.

Janet was patient with me. My little one was hiding and we did a lot of clearing to bring up an experience. She pointed out that I had a little one that used escape and disassociation as a protector strategy. I didn’t even see it without her pointing it out! She led me through deep clearing of the ancestors part too! I had a deep experience of coming home to myself when the little one returned. It really surprised me how deep I was able to go with Janet and honestly I didn´t think I had the courage. She held the space perfectly and allowed me to move at a pace I could handle and felt comfortable with. So grateful and the best part was that she helped me anchor and that I was able to move into a new paradigm which felt scary and sooo new.

I realized Divine Synchroniticity was at play, leading me to a session with Janet, when I found she had just published her book, “Overcoming Overwhelm” (at the very same time that I, too, am in process of writing a book). What was most fortuitous however, in my session with Janet, was that I was able to resolve my 19 year-old self’s trauma with my father. Before my session with Janet I was experiencing pain in my neck and wanted to address some “money blocks” Janet was gentle and supportive with her approach and lead me at each step to allow what was ready to be healed. I feel that I healed and integrated multiple parts that I was not even previously aware of. The pain in my neck has improved. I feel lighter! I highly recommend working with her.

My session with Janet was enlightening. Her delicate method and ways supported me to own my journey. She somehow helped me to connect with numb aspects of myself, which seem to be gently coming to life, having some identifiable feelings and presence. I intend to continue my work with Janet.

Before my session with Janet C. I was very nervous and anxious but as soon as I got on the call the way Janet held space is really amazing. I started feeling at ease. I told her about my situation of being in the hospital for a month and what all I had suffered and would like to work on, she was listening to me very respectfully. After that she asked me what was my time limit, I was shocked to hear that as I have usually come across people who are more concerned about their time limit rather than resolving the issues. By this I felt Janet C . Is a very very generous soul. She is also very merciful and compassionate. We went through the healing but due to my phone finishing it’s battery my session ended abruptly. She told me that she would provide me a grace mini session and I was amazed and taken aback. I took time to integrate and release all the healing she did on me and after 4days we had our session where she completed the process with such ease and grace so swiftly. After our session she also emailed me the update of what I underwent and gave me instructions to take care of myself. I really liked that a lot. I felt cared for on all levels. Janet was kind and patient through out our session. Having very limited experience with this healing process, I needed that compassion as I learned to ‘notice what I notice’ and connect to my true feelings in my heart.
The process and the tools that we used in this 1st session were not overwhelming. I am very eager for the next session as Janet holds the space I need to peel the layers open, even shake them up a bit that I may blossom to be an amazing purple Rose.

As always a really great and fun session. Janet teaches me Compassion just by the way she is in our sessions. This was a 6 Star (!) Session with Janet. She guided me safely through different phases in my being including a former painful life. Reviewing our session with 7 days in between I was able to watch it more like a movie and see her gift to have a very pleasant way of gentle navigating, being present, making very good and clear suggestions with the “I am sorry phrases” which were welcomed and added by my wounded selves. Everything was very grounded, sometimes humorous, lifting the experiences and outcomes without loosing the track and importance for the little one. The way she referred to small explanations as a couch in Compassion Key were very helpful. Just little hints where she is going to and why. I really enjoyed her expertise and warm heart! In the meantime due to circumstances I was forced to continue the Compassion Key on my own using the short and long version every day. There was so much logged in energy which wanted to be expressed and seen. I had one true drama day due to bad news and was amazed how beautifully I could ground myself again after some hours , accept, understand, realise and take the next necessary steps without loosing myself. I learned a lot, was seen by Janet and felt naturally in tune with the other “side of the coin”. It was so profound… it is still working it’s way through.
