How I support my clients
Nicole encourages the best thing you can do for yourself or to help others is to be your truest most authentic self in motion. The more Nicole leaned into healing herself to live from the inside out, the more she felt the impact and the ripple effect personally and to those around her. Nicole has a big service heart and is passionate about sharing this modality of self-directed compassion and how empowering it is for clients to use in their daily lives to enable their own innate self-healing and awareness. Practicing self-compassion to ourselves can also support our children and Compassion Key can be a tool taught to children to dissolve their wounds, fears and anxieties while the parent connects with reflective listening, love, compassion and presence.

About Nicole
Nicole's life purpose is to radiate and lead with love and to share the tools she knows for healing with others. Nicole is a healing facilitator, entrepreneur, studio owner, yoga teacher, yoga teacher faculty leader, and an international retreat leader. Nicole is located in Blacksburg, VA and her wellness business includes a service entrepreneurship model hosting many donations and fundraising events to give back outside of their regular operations.
Nicole is Certified as a Masters Compassion Key Facilitator and soon to be Circle Leader, Compassion Key for Health and Lightworkers Accelerator Program with Edward Mannix and Compassion Key, a Clinically Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner with Donna Eden and an Energy Codes Coach, Facilitator and Remote Healer with Dr. Sue Morter and the Morter Institute. Nicole is an ERYT 500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance with certifications from Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC (Living the Life of a Yogi), Jimmy Barkan in Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Barkan Method of Hot Yoga) and the Kunga Yoga School (Service Based / Accessible Yoga) in Wilmington, NC with Kristin Cooper-Gulak. Nicole is also a Masters Reiki Practitioner with Nicky Aymes and Nibana Wellness.
Nicole worked in the corporate industry in corporate sponsorships, advertising and development for 12 years prior to owning her wellness center with BBDO New York, CBS Sports Collegiate Properties and Major Gift Graduate Fundraising for University Development both at Virginia Tech and the University of Virginia.
